Taste		Mango and orange, Raspberry lemonade are the best tasting flavours so far, no aftertaste .


Pump		Didn't feel much, mediocre pumps, one thing that was better than jack3d micro is tingles (beta alanine).

Jitters	No jitters at all.
Nausea or vomiting	The bad... about an hour after a workout, I developed severe nausea and the worst *****.


Endurance		I get awesome pumps and noticeably extra reps from this. 2 servings is enough to power me through 4 hours of working out with NO fatigue whatsoever, whereas C4 left me tired and empty feeling after 2 hours, neurocore didn't do anything and the curse was the same.

Value for money		I love that it has all the bcaa's and creatine that I need also so it saves me money.


Texture		Over all the flavors are good, I don't advise doing the 2 scoops in one glass unless its 32oz or more because it will get chalky and insanely hard to choke down.

Taste		I had the fruit punch before and i was looking for a newer taste.


Physical energy		The energy from it wasn't all that great despite the huge scoop you have to take.

Pump		Also add a good BCAA n Whey Protein after the workouts to feel pumped all day long!!

Taste		This product straight up tastes like kool-aid.

Headache	To sugary, and this is the only pre workout that gives me a massive headache after using it.

Taste		The flavor is close to being a little too sweet for me.

Value for money		Using Assault for pre and Ammino1 for post, which combined are a little cheaper that what I was just getting Gunpowder for, so that's a bonus.

Endurance		but this does not have the endurance to compete with the Hyper-FXes, Rituals, and AdreNOlyns of the world today.
