Physical energy		Anyways, both times I've used MP Assault once I get to the gym I notice NO noticeable increase of energy and I get terrible indigestion.
Pump		I did notice it gave me an extra pump today,
Taste		The taste of both flavors I've tried are good, not up to par with C4 though.

Nausea or vomiting	The first time I used this product I had to lie down after the gym due to severe nausea and fast heartbeat.

Vascularity		The ingredient profile is solid, and I honestly believe that all of the nitrates really revved up the vascularity present.

Endurance		I will say that honestly the one thing that I could definitely feel working each time was the reduction of muscle fatigue.

Focus		you do get that sense of focus and drive that a good PWO is supposed to give.
