Physical energy		A nice change from the usual pre-work outs that cause me to be overbearingly energetic then go comatose on the couch.
Taste		Unlike pre-work outs I have tried in the past this is delicious and as an added bonus there is no stomach ache afterwards!

Focus		I think it did helped give me some focus,
Pump		I workout early in the AM, so I really like a good pre-workout that wakes me up and gets the blood pumping.
Taste		Taste: Pineapple Mango is a little weird / chemical tasting,
Ingredient profile		however, the new version looks to have even less of the ingredients you need (e.g., beta-alinine).


Pump		I've used Superpump, NOexplode, and some other pre-workouts before,

Diarrhea	but this stuff would send me running to the bathroom 2-3 times after using it.


Motivation		I love this pre-workout it tastes great, boosts energy and motivation allowing you to push through those really tough workouts.

Upset stomach	I noticed that the powder does not dissolve well, so I made the drink the night before and let it sit in the fridge hoping it would dissolve better and in turn help my stomach.


Taste		The taste is pretty good and better than any other products I tried.

Muscle gain		this PWO has totally helped me go extra hard in the gym. it helped increase my rep count on almost all my exersizes and helped me push even harder on my cardio days.
Taste		only things i dont like: scoop is too big (this isnt the newest assault i have, its the one before august 1, 2013) and the raspberry lemonade flavor wasnt very good at all.
