Taste		Only semi-redeeming value it has is that it doesn't taste terrible.

Dizziness	Did absolutely nothing for me other than make me feel dehydrated and dizzy my entire workout.


Focus		I did not feel pumped or focused after taking it.

Mixes well		It mixes great.

Upset stomach	It upset my stomach and made my work out harder.

Diarrhea	I would crap water for a while and I could hardly do any heavy lifting or else it was back to the bathroom.


Physical energy		I admit when I used MP Assault, my energy was way up.
Taste		MP Assault Watermelon flavor is my first in terms of using Creatine.
Taste		I have to admit that the flavor can be a little dull.
Taste		I guess now I know why other people rate the Watermelon flavor as low.
Taste		Next in line when it comes to the flavor is the Orange Mango.


Pump		It also turns that signature Lime Green color of Muscle Pharm which is pretty cool and gets me pumped up as well before the gym.

Pump		gave me great pumps and helped me push threw my insanity workout i highly recomend this


Motivation		If you can't find the motivation to work out on your own and need a ton of chemical stimulants to get you going, get some 1MR.
Muscle gain		The scoops are bigger than other pre's, because it is designed to fuel your muscles rather than over-stimulate you into needing a workout.
Recovery ability		If you want a pre-workout that will help you train harder and recover better, get Assault!
Ingredient profile		More importantly, has a great profile of creatine and amino acids to fuel your workouts and build your muscles.

Taste		I would recommend the Raspberry Lemonade flavor, the taste was enjoyable, so a definite thumbs up!
