Taste		I have only tried the Raspberry Lemonade, and it's delicious.


Taste		Bought the raspberry lemonade flavor because it had the highest rated taste,

Focus		I felt no skin tingling, itches or focus, like I got from the other pre workout I used.


Texture		I thought it had a pretty grainy consistency which can make it hard to down quickly.


Physical energy		I had explosive energy and what's most important to me I didn't crash.
Taste		going down the fruit punch flavor is okay

Difficulty sleeping	I worked out at noon and went to sleep around 10pm instead of dragging around at 5 or 6pm.


Taste		The raspberry Lemonade tastes good as well and doesnt leave a bad after taste

Taste		Amazing taste.


Pump		This stuff does not make me feel all fuzzy like some pre-workouts, it gives me a pump and helps me push thru my heavy workouts with more reps/sets.
Taste		Also has a great taste.


Taste		Gives me the edge to push through tough sets and the grape tastes great.


Physical energy		Creatine Mono, HCL, BCAA's, Glutamine, Arginine, Beta-Alanine, Citulline Malate, Rhodiola, etc. - I get waves of energy during my workouts and I'm happy to know I'm consuming all of these things in one mixture,
Ingredient profile		Assault has a very appealing list of ingredients, which is what caught my attention.


Focus		I also didn't gain any mental focus with this product like I have with others.

Gas or bloating	Assault wants you to mix the pre workout with too much water making you feel bloated and water logged.


Taste		Taste is ok
Taste		Product would easliy get 10 out of 10 if it was just flavorless...
