Physical energy		What I thought might be useful to say was that I've tried several pre-workout drinks and this is the only one I've gotten a bad niacin rush from.

Physical energy		The reason i like this is because a decent pre-workout should contain a large serve (after all this is the energy you are relying on for a large duration of your workout)... instead of the small micro doses, which fade rather quick and always have a decent crash afterwards.

Taste		The first flavour I purchased was Raspberry Lemonade, the taste got really disgusting quick.

Physical energy		Once that finally subsided and I got into my workout I noticed a dramatic drop in energy about 3/4 way through, something I NEVER experienced on the old formula.

Physical energy		The energy I got from Assault was a good, clean energy with no jitters.
Taste		People like to ***** about flavors for everything, and I never have a problem with anything I have ever tasted, so I will rate everything a 10/10 on flavor.

Taste		Part of what I loved about the old Assault was the flavor (Raspberry Lemonade was fantastically good).
Taste		This raspberry lemonade flavor is horrible and has a bitter after taste.


Physical energy		As I finished it was getting somewhat difficult to breath and I felt lots of blood rush to my head as if I was holding my breath.


Pump		using for the first time as one of my friend recommended me to use for high intensity workout and to get great pumps.
