Focus		but great recovery, (I assume all the creatine in it has something to do with that) and good focus from all the b-vitamin they put in it.

Endurance		Also without taking any other supplements like protein or any other pre-workout supplement, so I would say that it rebuilds muscle faster, raises endurance, and keeps the lactic acid down.
Muscle gain		But I did gain 10lbs of muscle in 4 weeks while running 2-3 miles a 3-4 times a week.
