Diarrhea	I couldn't do my whole workout with having to go sit on the toilet.


Focus		Our energy and focus is spot on when we go to lift.
Strength		We have been gearing more towards strength training (3-5 rep range) away from our traditional Hypertrophy range and this stuff has definatley helped us move some heavier weight.

Muscle gain		It is much larger than some of the other preworkout supps such as Presurge Unleashed and Jack3d.

Taste		The Blue raspberry flavor is good
Taste		but has one drawback; if you are using a full scoop it is TOO SWEET, even with 20 oz of water it was still too sweet for me; and the flavor gets actually pretty sickening if you use it multiple times throughout the week :(.
