Diarrhea	I imagine because it gave my the "RUNS" half way through my work out and gave it to my friends LOL.

Taste		this was the second pre workout i have tried at it was by far better tasteing and i had way better results with i will continue to use this


Strength		I am so pumped to lift 20 min after a 1/2 scoop that I end up yelling at my partner and looking like a total meat head,
