Physical energy		but i've tried all the big names and this Product (assault) is by far the best pre-workout i've had tried ,it gave me energy and i feel a little more stronger and most important it didnt give me any Crash thru out the day!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Headache	The only reason I didn't give it a 10 was because sometimes I occasionally get the tingles, and occasionally a headache when using this product.


Pump		I have taken superpump, jack3d, cellucor m5, and I have to say this is the best preworkout have taken.
