Physical energy		This stuff has more energy in it than any other pre-workout I have ever taken.
Physical energy		When you first start taking it you have so much energy you feel like your going to pass out between sets, and yes I know about breathing and have been lifting for a long time.


Pump		I get a good pump and I love the tingling feeling I get in my face and arms.
Taste		I generally do not like fruit punch flavored pre-workouts,

Taste		The fruit punch flavor is not bad at all- as long as you are using ice cold water.
