Recovery ability		I have taken 3 tubs of XTEND--Currently on a bulk cycle lifting Max-OT type program and recovery has been very good.

Taste		Taste is great, I use 2 scoops during my cardio workout and it keeps me going strong.


Recovery ability		All i can say, its the best muscle recovery product.. Usually get leg muscle soreness for 5-6 days..Was doing an intense leg workout on a thursday, got cramp muscles all over my leg the next day, to the point where i cant walk properly.
