Pump		I also get much better pumps that last for hours after my workout while using this product.
Taste		I currently only use it while I'm working out, the taste is just so invigorating!

Taste		I used to have to mix BCAA's and Glutamine for my pre, during and post training workouts and would struggle with creating something with, well, flavor.
