Physical energy		I drink xtend intra workout (during), keeps me pumped and energized for my whole workout.
Endurance		You can never tell w BCAA supps, this is the only one you can actually feel working!! Really good for endurance training as well as strength training/bodybuilding.

Endurance		I started using Xtend about 3 weeks ago, and it has indeed given me a very decent amount of stamina during an intensive workout.
Anti-catabolic		You mix it with some amino acid and whey protein product to keep muscle loss at its minimum before hitting the gym, then you are good to go.


Taste		These tasty Aminos remind me of the days that I could drink Kool-Aid, and not have a care in the world.
Taste		Xtend helps fuel my muscles throughout my entire workout, and the taste helps switch things up from just plain, old, and just plain boring water.


Taste		I put a few scoops in my daily water for flavor and drink it all day.


Taste		taste great...reminded me of when I was younger and Now And Later candys were popular those days...there sour rasberry taste just like this. got a nice sour kick to it If you mix it just right def. add this to supp list with every order.

Recovery ability		I started XTend after using some NO supplements due to the fact I was working out alot harder then I was before using the NO supps (Whiteflood) which helped me out with muscle recovery and soreness.

Recovery ability		Overall Xtend is one of my favorite supplements I have and helps noticably with recovery and anticatabolic effects during my a.m.
Taste		I've been addicted to Xtend for about 4 months and counting right now and Grape is by far the best tasting supplement I've ever had, I drink 4 scoops in a 1/2 gallon jug of water during my weight training sessions and 3 scoops in 20 oz. of water during my cardio (which is normally fasted).

Texture		It doesn't mix super well, always tastes a little chalky, and doesn't make me feel as hydrated as I'd expect.

Taste		The taste is pretty good..just not too happy with the powdery-ness that is left in shaker cup.
