Recovery ability		Although the watermelon isn't horrible.But lets remember ladies and gentlemen that its not ALL about taste!Since I've started using this product I have noticed that I recover much better.
Taste		I can't believe this has gotten any negative reiviews.I do have to say I have tried the watermelon and the grape and the grape is much better.It mixes better and it tastes better.

Recovery ability		And most importantly, recovery time is significantly shorter; muscle soreness the next day was minimal if not absent; i noticed this the very first time i used it (it was leg day for me).

Physical energy		My energy levels stay consistently high and I'm able to finish more sets using more weight.
Physical energy		:) But what I love most about Xtend is that it gives me a pure, "clean" energy boost with no jitters, no irritability, no artificial stimulants or any of that crap.
Endurance		No more feeling fatigued and whimping out before I've finished all my sets.
Endurance		Xtend also helps me push through longer cardio sessions and who couldn't use a bit more cardio with summer right about the corner?
