Texture		This stuff is the consistency of fine concrete powder.
Mixes well		If you use it in a magic bullet you get those little pockets on the side of the cup where it didn't mix, if you use it in a smart shaker its actually so fine a powder it clumps and clogs the web thingy.


Muscle gain		I have gained 6 lbs of lean mass.
Taste		I have used Nitrotech before and I must say Nitro tasted a little better than this.

Mixes well		I like the idea that this protein supplement uses multiple different high-quality protein sources instead of just 1 or 2. It mixes very, very well with a shaker cup, and pretty good with just a spoon.

Nausea or vomiting	On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it an 8 because it was a little too sweet (yes, I'm being picky) and I feel that it would be something I would get sick of after 3 weeks of drinking it.


Taste		but after drinking one shake of strawberry flavor, I thought to my self you couldnt give this to me for free its so bad! Are there chemicals in this protein?
