Recovery ability		Effect: since i only have tried it for less than a week i guess it's a great protein drink time infused protein and gives u recovery and protein requirement, minus the fat, and cholesterol.

Taste		I purchased both the Cookies and Cream as well as the Peanut Butter Chocolate, and would give the C&C a slight better flavor review.

Texture		Mixing with milk made my shakes a little too thick,

Recovery ability		I feel that having the aminos on top of the protein helps to ensure that I'm getting a great product that support muscle recovery to the extreme.
Ingredient profile		I like the fact that the PHASE 8 proteins contain high quality ingredients and none of that nasty filler stuff.

Muscle gain		but I like to use vanilla for baking "clean" desserts and I find I have a larger variety of fruit and veggies to use in my protein shake with vanilla.
Taste		It tastes great and since I switched from the protein I used to buy at Target to Phase 8 I have noticed a difference in the way my body responds to it.
