Texture		this was a great protein doesn't clump makes is surprisingly well for being a thicker shake I use water just because I tend to Chug my protein and not see if it.

Value for money		It has come to my attention after speaking to someone, who will remain unnamed for obvious reasons, that Muscletech is spiking Phase 8 with cheap aminos, and the claimed protein content does NOT faithfully represent what it truthfully contains.
