Ingredient profile		The nutritional profile of this supplement is fantastic as it contains 26 grams of protein per serving and is very low in carbs (7 grams) and fat (2 grams).

Recovery ability		I used this protein after my workouts and I felt my recovery after my sessions was about as good as you can hope for.
