Difficulty sleeping	You won't sleep well and after being hospitalized will attempt to sue them.


Pump		This is a very good pre-workout supplement that I use to get me focused and gives me a great pump.

Motivation		Evidence that it works is the insane urge to workout 10-15 min after taking a serving arms and back tingle and mental motivation kicks in.
Pump		This pre workout is by far the bet I have tried pump is great and results show.

Value for money		After 4 weeks, i was at 3 scoops which is a little expensive compared to other products and my size and weight.
