Physical energy		Serious form of energy, it powers me up for whatever physical activity I am doing and really gets me ready for intense workouts.


Taste		but the combination of taste and results makes this one of the best pwos on the market.


Pump		I've taken several other pre-workout supplements (C4 and Assault) and neither of them give me a pump or mental edge like N.O.
Taste		It mixes pretty well, and the taste is quite tolerable (Orange is my favorite).

Value for money		Apparently whatever it is that gives such great results comes at the price of a bit of stomach discomfort.


Physical energy		Love the energy that I get from this pre workout and the quality of my workout after I started using it.

Upset stomach	Xplode or any other BSN supplement now violently turns my stomach with abhorrent disgust and bitter resentment.

Ingredient profile		NO XPLOD 2.0 is not as good as the first one (1.0) and I was comparing the nutrition facts for both and was surprised that BSN has reduced the quantity od a lot of ingredients and added a few others, which has also resulted in twice the amount of calores per serving as before (still not a lot though).
