Physical energy		I still get amazing, clean energy for my workouts.

Physical energy		There is no pump... there is no boost in energy... this product is nothing more than a placebo with seriously poor flavor.

Taste		I answered the hype and BSN failed to deliver on this one... in effects and in flavor...


Endurance		Taste was pretty good, and it did add some endurance to my workouts.
Pump		However, there was not really a feeling of "pump" and the product was consitently causing IBS after about 45 minutes of consuming it.

Nausea or vomiting	only issue i had was when i drank it and then didn't get to workout until 1 hour and 20 minutes after (recommended time is 30-45 minutes) i had a terrible headache and was nauseous the entire day afterwards.

Physical energy		Energy(9/10)- I tried a scoop, a scoop and a half and 2 scoops to see where the sweet spot was for me.
Pump		Pump(9/10)- My muscles were nice and swollen beyond normal at a scoop and a half!
Vascularity		I noticed increased vascularity and veins popping out of my skin.
Taste		Taste(10/10)- I always liked the taste of BSN’s products and it was no different with the grape nox.
