Blue Raspberry

As much as everyone rags on N.O.-Xplode, it has provided me with energy, focus and stamina when I've used it in the past. While the flavor of this product is the same as the original, that's about all that has remained the same. The flavor of this product doesn't stand up as well in water, and it comes up tasting thin. Additionally, despite the apparent increase in caffeine, I actually feel less focused and less energetic than I do when using less caffeinated products. Pumps were solid, focus was okay and the few effects I had didn't last very long. All in all, pretty disappointing, despite a profile that has a lot of beneficial ingredients: beta alanine, caffeine, creatine, betaine, etc. Can't say I'd recommend this one, though I hear the watermelon flavor is tasty.

Pump		Great pump, great mix, love the no caffeine, allows you to get everything you need from a preworkout without the crazy loss of focus you experience with some other preworkouts.

Taste		I hated the taste, maybe it's just because of the flavor I got (Green Apple) But I tend to take my other pre workouts more often just because of the taste, which is a pity because it worked wonders.


Taste		always upsets my stomach....muscle pharm Assault is the smarter way to go....it also has bcaa in it.....ive taken these for some years....deff go with assault...no stomach issues.... and in case u r buying n o xplode,never go with the **ing grape...tastes like some peculiar ** from some other planets


Physical energy		I noticed a better energy with this product over the N.O.-Xplode 1.0.
Physical energy		My energy was really good taking this, Took maybe just 5-10 minutes to kick in.
Taste		The fruit punch flavour was pretty good, It has a stronger taste if you stirr instead of shake, and it avoids the fizzing/burst it does on certain shaker cups.

Nausea or vomiting	A lot of people dislike it for the fizziness, and it makes them nauseous.


Physical energy		I use just under 2 scoops 20 to 30 mins before workout and it gives me great energy with no crash.
Taste		Green apple is much better to me taste wise.
