Focus		I notice I have a lot of focus and physical energy without feeling shaky and sick to my stomach which I had experiences with other PWO's.

Pump		Regarding training does nothing , stupid product , my pick go with no xplode , labrada if u train at night bec it has less caffeine , super pump is also good , musclemeds no bull is also a decent new product , Stay away from this one , seriously a bad product like jack 3 d.

Taste		I use a scoop of assault and a scoop of unflavored whey pre-workout....Killer combo!


Motivation		I used it twice with 1/2 scoop and it made me want to lift stuff - not sure how else to describe it other than it is like powdered motivation.
Recovery ability		Also, I did some interval training right after lifting and my recovery time was MUCH faster than normal.
Taste		Taste is ok,

Taste		You will taste more mango than orange, so if you love mangoes, then you are going to enjoy the flavor being just right.

Muscle gain		Im a bigger guy 215lbs so i did 1.5-2 scoops to feel it at all.

Taste		Although I got tired of the orange mango flavor really fast the results are fantastic.

Endurance		This is definitely more of an endurance supplement and not for you, if you're looking to roid out or just trying to be huge.

Taste		My only complaint is that it does have a bit of an iron taste to it after a while.
