Made me throw up all 3 times i tried it =/ It's a shame because seems to be a pretty popular supplement for most. Every product varies from one person to the other tho. Mixed ok tho. Tasted pretty bad. Other then that, it ruined all attempts to workout.
Watermelon is refreshing. BCAAS, GLUTAMINE, AND GOOD FLAVOR...can't go wrong there. Perfect for during your workout. Gives me noticeable stamina and endurance without the jitters or crash. Cheap (only about 75 cents per serving). No need to buy glutamine or bcaas while supplementing with this product =)
Amazing flavor (Choc, Vanilla,and Strawberry r good, but u gotta try Chocolate Peanut Butter), mixes well with milk or water (in fact, the only protein I can actually ENJOY with just water), Good profile (22g protein and 200 calories. low carb, low fat). Although you can find proteins with fewer calories, I still consider this a lean protein due to its profile (three types of protein for steady caloric uptake). Try it!
