This one is i think better for just your general health than for quick energy. It is all whole grain stuff, with almost everything being all grain stuff. There are about 5 grams of fiber as well, so that is good. It gives you a serving of whole grains, which is pretty good considering its only 250 calories, with about 42 grams of carbs. I am not sure why, but there are a lot of sugars, 22 grams. That is a bit too much for me. but otherwise, the bar also has 20+ vitamins and minerals that may act as supplements for you. It did not provide as much energy as other bars, but it definitely has lots of good stuff in it.

Powerbar Triple Threat bar is a bar with lots of energy. it has many carbs and calories, but also has lots of fat and sugars. But dude this bar tastes absolutely delicious, tastes as good as some of candy bars hahah. Its like a total of 250 calories per bar, with about 8 grams of fat, 4.5 of which are saturated, which is not too good sicne that is lots of cholesterol. Surprisingly, there is only 15 grams of sugar, considering it is basically drenched in luscious chocolate. There 30 grams of carbs, and 10 grams of protein, which provides plentiful energy for any workouts, before or after, or sports competitions, etc. I think this bar is pretty good except for the large amount of fat.

So i saw his t hour energy stuff as always advertised on Tv, it looked kind of interesting, so i ordered some to try out. The results were not anything like the advertising campaigns claimed. It did provide pretty good energy, but only for maybe a hour or two, in which it just seemed to diminished. It does not have guarana, but it also lacks the main purpose of drinking it, the energy. I acutally stil had somwhat of a crash after the effect diminished, i felt an immediate decline of energy near the end of a workout session. It is also pretty expensive, so i really do not think it is worth your money.
