    Muscle Milk I have used muscle milk several times throughout my bodybuilding career and have come to realize it is a solid protein, but it is generally a protein that is used more for meal replacement as opposed to post workout nutrition. One serving of muscle milk (around 25g protein) usually will also include about 15g of carbs, and a pretty high amount of fat. Post workout and fats typically is not the route one would want to go when trying to build muscle. Fats only slow down the digestion of protein and post workout time is the most important time to get the protein to your muscles as fast as possible. As far as taste goes, you really can't beat muscle milk. Cytosport has the taste down (try graham cracker or cake batter). It is literally like drinking ice cream for most flavors. great product to add extra calories before bed!!!

    Xtend Have been trying to find the best tasting branch chain amino acids for a while now to be able to stay away from the catabolic properties of fasted cardio. this is definitely one of the better products out there. I would use two scoops (two servings) right before cardio in the morning and noticed that I didn't lose nearly as much muscle mass, looked fuller, and overall looked better while using this product. If not for the branch chains, i feel like I would have lost a lot more muscle. Like I said, I am a man who likes to enjoy drinking his products... and I DEFINITELY enjoyed drinking this product. the watermelon flavor absolutely blew my mind. It tasted like a jolly rancher! definitely recommend it if you're trying to retain muscle mass!!

    SizeOn THIS IS A REVIEW FOR THE OLD FORMULA SIZEON. I tried and HATED the new sizeon, I DO NOT recommend it at all. Gaspari did a horrible job transitioning between the two.

    The original sizeon (fruit punch) was, by far, my favorite product I had ever tried. It gave me the best muscle gains I ever saw, helped with pumps, put on strength, and basically was amazing... not to mention, it had a distinct, incredible flavor to it. I would look forward to having it post workout everyday. With that being said, I assume it is the type of creatine that gaspari had in the original product. Since they switched to a different creatine form, the product has just not been the same and it really disappointed me.

    SuperCissus Used cissus quadrangularis for joint pains. Heard about it from a friend who used it for his joint pains. I could barely bend my knees and elbows and they would start to hurt... squatting was getting to painful, bench press would hurt my elbows. Bought this stuff right away from amazon and got it about 3 days later. Started taking the recommended dosage, 2 pills morning, 2 at night, and almost instantly (probably more like 2 days after I started taking it) the pain had subsided and I was able to move around loosely like I did before any pain was evident. I absolutely loved this product and would recommend it to ANYONE with joint pain. It works wonders and will help you out tons!!

    Xpel Used this as a diuretic for a men's physique competition. Ended up using 4 servings the night before the show to get rid of as much water weight as possible... worked pretty well. I was drinking 3 gallons of water monday though thursday for this week. Show was on saturday. Friday, I cut water to 20 oz. and then cut water completely that night at around 4:30 PM. Took 1 serving at 2PM, next serving at 4:30PM when I cut water, another serving at 6:30PM, and one last serving at 9:30PM right before I fell asleep. Lots of people said it kept them up, but the caffeine didn't affect me to badly, and I was able to go to sleep right away. Ended up looking very dry come saturday morning, just definitely didn't like the post-competition rebound effect. Bloated like crazy, and still am.
