Used cissus quadrangularis for joint pains. Heard about it from a friend who used it for his joint pains. I could barely bend my knees and elbows and they would start to hurt... squatting was getting to painful, bench press would hurt my elbows. Bought this stuff right away from amazon and got it about 3 days later. Started taking the recommended dosage, 2 pills morning, 2 at night, and almost instantly (probably more like 2 days after I started taking it) the pain had subsided and I was able to move around loosely like I did before any pain was evident. I absolutely loved this product and would recommend it to ANYONE with joint pain. It works wonders and will help you out tons!!

Recovery ability		but what I can say is that my recovery for an AC joint separation grade 2 has miraculously healed in no time.
Recovery ability		I was told 2 weeks in a sling and that the pain would still be very strong, and an additional 10 to 12 weeks of recovery with no lifting.
Recovery ability		I immediately searched for a product that could help speed with my recovery and found this product.

Strength		The pain subsided within a few days and that enabled me to work harder on strengthening my stabilizers.

Recovery ability		The other CIsdsus products may have their uses \but for healing Super CDIssus is the absolute best thing out there.


Value for money		I think Animal Flex is 10 times better, and 1/3 the price.

Strength		I read that cissus actually strengthens bones, ligaments and tendons, which is why it works for most people, because most people have tendonosis vs. tendonitis, it's actually helping against the degeneration.


Taste		but i can't stand the taste.
Taste		I highly recommend this product as a replacement for those nasty tasting fish oil burps.


Strength		Back to running and doing strength/resistance training full force with no pain!


Value for money		I used this product a while back since I had a small shoulder pain and it did not relieve or helped at all, didnt help with my joint problems at all, simply a waste of money.

Strength		works so much faster than triple strength fish oil.

Value for money		but for the price/results I would say buy a cheaper brand.


Motivation		I can honestly say that with the help of super cissus my motivation and determination is returning because I feel I am able to better perform with this product.


Muscle gain		It's been everything I've expected: reduced pain and swelling, allowed me to get on with some upper body workouts and I think it might also have ergogenic properties, because while I've been pretty much laid up with this injury I've not gained much fat!
