Pro Performance Creatine Monohydrate I've been using GNC's creatine monohydrate for a while now and I can honestly say that it delivers where it is supposed to. While using the GNC brand of creatine monohydrate, I have experienced an increase of muscle mass and a decrease in the amount of time it takes for me to recover. The powder mixes pretty well but there always seems to be a little bit of powder left at the bottom. I always have to add more water once i finish drinking the original mix in order to get the rest of the recommended dosage. The powder contains no sugar but it still tastes good when used with only water. The only side effects I have noticed while using this product are mild bloating, and some water retention.

100% Whey Protein Gold Standard Optimum Nutrition never ceases to perform above expectations. The flavor of the product that I tried was Vanilla Ice Cream. The powder mixed very well with only a few small clumps. The taste was great and it was the best tasting protein powder that I have tried so far. While I was using the protein daily I experienced a significant increase in muscle gains. The time it took for me to recover was notably reduced while using this protein. The ingredients are top notch and included added ingredients such as amino acids. There are very few carbs in the product as well with only three grams per serving. The only gripe that I have is that while using this product I experienced an increase in acne. I would definitely recommend this product if you want a protein powder that is of quality and actually works.

NeuroCore Having never tried a Muscletech product before I didn't know what to expect. I had always heard great things about their products and I was looking forward to trying this pre workout. The flavor of the product that I tried was Frutit punch. The product mixed very well and the taste was great. It was honestly one of the best tasting pre workouts I've ever tried. The product was disappointing in the energy department however. I waited around thirty to fourty five minutes as recommended but I still was not feeling a boost in energy. As I began my workout I felt the pump almost immediately though. It was crazy how much of a pump I had after just one set. I did not experience any gains in strength or energy while using Neurocore.

Jacked I had heard of all of the buzz about USPlabs Jack3d long before I even got a chance to try it for myself. I have used other pre workout mixes such as: Driven Sports Craze, C4, and other good pre workouts. I use the original formula of Jack3d, not the 3D micro version. I mixed the Jack3d powder and water in my shaker cup with ease. The mixibility is great and I did not have any bits or clumps of powder. The taste is pretty good, and it tastes better when you use less water. You can definitely tell the effect that 1-3 dimethylamylamine has in a pre workout substance. I had an abundance of energy after taking Jack3d. It seemed to really kick in 30-45 minutes after I took it. I was able to lift more weight during my bench press exercises than without using Jack3d. I got a nice pump going and was alert. The energy was enough for me to do many sets of Bench Press, as well as, pull ups, push ups and hammer curls. The only problems I had with this substance are sleeplessness, as the energy from Jack3d lasts hours after you take it, and I felt depressed following my workout. I was definitely having mood swings.

100% Egg Protein I am 19 years old and I consider myself to be a healthy person. I work out at least 3 times a week and was taking this product daily.
I originally switched over to Optimum Nutrition's 100% egg protein powder after finding out I have a sensitivity to whey. I bought the Vanilla Custard flavor. When I first tried the egg protein flavor I was less than thrilled. I was used to the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor of Optimum's whey protein and the difference in taste between the two products is definitely noticeable especially when you first switch over. I thought that I would continue to hate the taste, but it surprisingly grows on you. It's not an amazing taste but it is not bad. The powder mixed really well in my shaker cup leaving very little to no clumps. However, it did leave behind a foamy protein mix at the bottom of the shaker after drinking the shake. When mixing the protein in a cup with a spoon the powder does not mix as well. While taking Optimum Nutrition's 100% Egg Protein I found that I gained more muscle than if I was not using a protein powder and that I was recovering faster. The ingredient profile in this protein is excellent. It contains seventeen amino acids and has a high biological value. The price is a bit more expensive than whey protein but it is a good alternative to it. I would definitely recommend this protein to someone who is lactose intolerant, or someone who just wants a quality egg protein.
