Pump		I have been using this product for the past month and love how it gives me a great pump and gets me through my workouts.

Endurance		I appreciate this a lot more than my other supplements, it's really valuable because I feel as if this naturally builds the stamina so you can go to the gym and perform well everyday.


Taste		Be careful when choosing a flavor they tend to vary in taste I would stay far from lemonade and green apple choose watermelon, blue raspberry or grape


Physical energy		Gives a nice kick of energy about 45 mins out last for a couple hours .


Taste		I didn't really like the carbonation either, the taste wasn't too bad though.

Taste		but god ****, i cannot sleep at all even 7-9 hours after consumption, over 200 mg of caffeine a serving...and the taste is alittle gross
