Syntha-6 is the best tasting protein out there. While it might not mix well in a shaker, it mixes fine in a blender and is great in protein sludge. At 200 calories per serving, and 23 grams of protein, I can't recommend it for cutting, but for bulking there is nothing better. It is available in tons of great flavors, that actually taste like what they are advertised as.

Syntha-6 is a protein product from one of the leaders in supplements BSN. This formula is sustained release which means there are many different proteins in it and the nutrients are released at different times. The profile is solid even though some people are not fans of the labeling of Micellar Alpha And Beta Caseins And Caseinates. I won't talk about that though. I got the Banana Syntha-6 and I was very pleased. The shake is pretty thick and I would recommend a Blender Bottle or a blender because it does not blend too great with a spoon. The taste is enjoyable though and you might have a hard time just drinking one shake. The price is comparable to one of my favorites Ultra Peptide 2.0. Syntha-6 is a good premium protein at a good price and you can take it anytime.

Amazing flavor (Choc, Vanilla,and Strawberry r good, but u gotta try Chocolate Peanut Butter), mixes well with milk or water (in fact, the only protein I can actually ENJOY with just water), Good profile (22g protein and 200 calories. low carb, low fat). Although you can find proteins with fewer calories, I still consider this a lean protein due to its profile (three types of protein for steady caloric uptake). Try it!

Syntha 6 is a great blend of fast and slow digesting proteins, fat and carbohydrates. This is an excellent meal replacement with great taste - the Strawberry Milkshake flavor is true to its namesake, and mixes into a nice, thick shake. At around $30 for three pounds, it's not the cheapest deal around, but it is very high quality and tastes excellent.

Banana
I was afraid this flavor was going to be too sweet or fruity, but it was very creamy, just as I had hoped. Probably my favorite next to Chocolate PB, this tastes very similar to UP 2.0 Banana Creme. You won't be disappointed.

Syntha 6 is far more than your average protein powder. This product contains a nice blend of sustained-release proteins, as well as healthy fats and carbohydrates, making it suitable for use throughout the day -- good news for those who don't feel like gagging down cottage cheese at night. The Chocolate PB flavor was amazing, nearly identical to a Reese's, and very creamy. Only two minor drawbacks - first was the gas and upset stomach I experienced, but I have trouble digesting milk, so it could be lactose-related. Second was the price - like any BSN product, it's not cheap, but it gets the job done. All in all, a solid MRP.

Chocolate Mint:

The Chocolate Mint flavor is not as delicious as the Chocolate Peanut Butter, but it is nonetheless very tasty. The Mint flavor is very subtle while the Chocolate is rich. Excellent mixability as well. As far as digestion, my body seems to have gotten used to the Syntha-6, and I've found it's helpful if I eat something else with it. I'm not sure why this helps, but it does.

BSN is usually nothing but market hype, especially with recent occurances with CellMass. Syntha-6 is one of their better products. Definately a good blend of multiple protein sources. With a combination of slow and fast digesting proteins, it makes for a perfect anytime protein. I have used it in the morning, post workout, and before bed. I prefer mixing with milk, as i do with almost every protein i ever use (except fruit flavors). I have yet to try a bad flavor, all them are amazing. My current favorites are Banana Cream and Strawberry, i have never had flavors so mouthwatering, and i have tried a LOT of different proteins so that is really saying something. If you are gonna buy it, buy it online, its the only way you will get a good deal, because you are almost guarenteed to be paying way over in-store.

This is a solid protein powder. I enjoyed the flavor the best out of any protein I've tried, and I've tried a lot. The strawberry is my personal favorite, but I haven't found one that I didn't enjoy.

Fiber content is nice and high, and the additions of sunflower oil and other healthy fats are good. The protein blend is good looking, with plenty of slow and quick digesting proteins that make this good to use at any time.

When it comes to anti-catabolic effects, this protein preforms pretty well as it can stay in your system for a good amount of time after ingestion. Side effects are non-existent, as there is an added enzyme blend that helps with digestion which is really the only potential issue.

Overall, this is a good protein powder that I use during the day when I need to eat and can't fix some solid food.

This protein is by far one of the best on the market, at least on taste term. Everywhere your read about Syntha-6 you will find out about the amazing taste it has. One of my favorite meal replacement.

Ingredient Profile: 9/10 Its a very decent ingredient profile and very easy to fit in macros, being only 200 cals per scoop. One more thing to add, it has a very good amount of protein instead of his friend MM.

Taste: 10/10 No complains at all, the taste of ALL flavors its incredible and you cant be disappointed with any of those. You can drink it either, with milk or water, but honestly i prefer water, i feel a stronger taste with water rather than milk.

Mixability: 10/10 No clumps at all, the consistency its not thin nor thick, i would say its kind of creamy.

Price: 8/10 I would say its not cheap and it isnt expensive, its in the middle. Taking in consideration that its more like a meal replacement for AM or PM, i would say go for it, it worth it nice.

BSN has finally come out with a decent protein product. Syntha 6 is a solid mixture of several different protein sources with several different absorption rates for each one. In short, this product allows you to take advantage of both the fast acting properties of whey and the slower absorption of casein. Therefore, I have been able to use this product at any time without any regrets.

In addition, every flavor I have tried tastes delicious. Mochachino is by far my favorite as it reminds me of a nice mocha but is jam packed with protein. I have never had a problem with mixing Syntha 6 either as they are readily absorbed in either water or milk. Very few clumps.

Due to the massive advertising, BSN has become a well known brand. In this respect, I feel that is why the price may be a little higher than ideal but it is still not a bad value. Definitely worth trying...

I had the opportunity to sample out all of the Syntha 6 flavors. Here is a taste rundown of each..

Vanilla Ice Cream

taken with milk and thrown in the freezer for a few minutes, it comes out tasting similar to a carvel vanilla shake. excellent, and highly recommended.

Cookies and Cream

taken with milk and thrown in the freezer for a few minutes, very tastey. not overpowering cookies and cream but a nice mild to moderate flavor. there are little bits of cookies in the shake, but they all settle in the bottom, and not all of them came out with the final gulp. i would recommend, but vanilla is better by a bit.

Strawberry Milk Shake

taken with milk and thrown in the freezer for a few minutes, wow. the top froze a little and it tasted reminiscent of ice cream. i would have to say that this is better than vanilla, and is currently ranked as #1. excellent, best strawberry to date.

Mochachino

i did not review this myself, it was outsourced. i hate coffee, don't drink it, never have. so i asked my mother to try this. she has protein shakes regularly, but being a mother puts fruit and other things in it that are common in a fully stocked mother kitchen, so flavor of the protein rarely shines through. i put a similar amount of milk in it for her, and she threw 4 ice cubes in and used her stick blender. she said it was to date the best protein shake she has had. i asked her some questions to compare. she said in the summer she likes going to starbucks to get iced frappachinos and that this shake was better than those fraapachinos. so i would assume it was very good. i tried a little and it tasted like thick cold coffee.

Chocolate Milk Shake

taken with milk and thrown in the freezer for a few minutes, very good. it tastes more like cocoa than anything. i really enjoyed this, i would put it above cookies and cream, and maybe on par with, or slightly above vanilla.

Mixing wise, the product mixes very well, and is priced competitively. This is a staple product.

BY FAR the BEST tasting protein on the market today. The vanilla Ice-Cream is just like drinking desert! I also like the fact that the protein is a blend which makes if perfect for pre-bedtime to keep your muscles from starving while you sleep. There's a substantial amount of protein per serving and it mixes almost effortlessly. When I'm late for class I often-times just pour 6oz of water in a bottle, dump the protein in, and then shake for 10-12seconds and it mixes PERFECTLY!
I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for MORE than just a whey protein

Syntha 6 is one of my favorite protein supplements that I have tried and let me tell you I've been taking protein for some time now...

Taste:(Vanilla Ice Cream) 10/10, the taste of S6's Vanilla Ice Cream is just amazing, it isn't to strong and it isn't to bland.. It basically is a nice refreshing drink after a hard workout or a bedtime snack.

Mixibility: 10/10, I have an ordinary mixer cup and let me tell you within 20 seconds of shaking or less you get a shake that is free of clumps and isn't grainy at all, so whatever method you chose to mix it it will probably end up good.

Strength Gain: 8/10, S6 isn't made to give you mad pumps at the gym so thats the reason why it didn't receive at 10/10 but when taken properly this product can help aide in long term muscle gains.

Overall: 9.5/10, A solid product that is now a staple in my diet, S6 has helped me achieve alot in the gym and for that I recommend this product to anyone looking for a good protein shake.

Boy boy boy.. BSN delivers again with a great product in Syntha-6. I got this product looking for a protein that tastes great and boy oh boy this one does. I got the banana flavor and Im suprised how much like a banana it tastes.. All other banana proteins ive tried tasted really chemical like and made me gag. Neways what I really like about this product is that it is time released and delivers the protein to you right when you need it. I always use this product pre and post workout and it has helped me recover quickly and helped me see better results in my muscle quicker. So far I have been taking this product for three months and I have gained about 5 pounds of muscle. I recommend taking this product twice on workout days and once on non workout days for maximum results. Also make sure to drink a lot of water because I noticed that my kidneys hurt when I didnt drink water.

When I first got this product, i knew it was going to be top-notch. Syntha-6 has a very impressive formula consisting from many different protein sources, and all with different absorbtion rates. It is optimal in keeping your body in a anti-catabolic stage by providing protein for a long period of time. The taste is excellent, it is the best tasting protein powder bar-none! The shake mixes very well, with very few clumps and really taste like a dessert. It offers a fair amount of servings of 30, and for its price it isn't too bad of a deal. It is a safe product and i haven't noticed any side-effects at all. Muscle gains and strength cannot really be measured but the formula did help me recover and gain muscle. It is ideal for pre-bed use and you can be sure it will optimize gains in conjunction with a good diet, and good exercise regimen.
