Whey just got his in yesterday and i already love the stuff

    mixability-9/10-shaker
    10/10-blender
this stuff was very easy to mix both in a shaker and a blender, though im sure all powder would in a blender.

    flavor-8/10
i really like the chocolate in both water and milk. i would say it compares to ON's flavor but a little better.

    value-10/10
im sure some wont like the protein blend that is used but this stuff is a great deal, and while it is concentrate it is definitely still worth it

the only bad thing i could possibly say about this stuff is the packaging. im not a big fan of the huge zip bags but that really osnt a big deal at all

Substance WPI im with veeshmack on this one, this stuff definitely should be discontinued. i also tried the grape flavor and could hardly choke it down. i needed tons of gatorade powder to mask the flavor of this stuff and by then my macros were so messed up in my shake it was not beneficial anymore. while an isolate is always a good choice, in my opinion there are much better isolates out there. this stuff also used to be exspensive unless it was on sale, at least where i bough it, and was definitely not worth the price. the only glaring positive was that the stuff mixed well ni water but that is not a big deal at all, i would suggest to look for a new isolate if anyoen was tihnking about getting this stuff, but i guess you wont have to worry about that since it is discontinued

Centrum Silver overall i very good multi, i used this for a few weeks over teh summer when my multi ran out and my dad had this sitting in his medicine cabinet. ingredient profile is decent and the price is very good, but for anyone serious into bodybuilding they should look for something else. i would personally suggest NOW ADAM though everyone raves about animal pak. i tihnk if your looking for a generic multi vitamin to use then centrum silver is a great choice and a great value for your money, but for those looking for a multi vitamin geared more towards bodybuilding i think it is best to spend the extra money and get a better multi with a better profile

Big 100 Colossal Bar met-rx has been around for a while and is a trusted brand by most people so i hate to put out a bad review on one of their products and dont mean for it to be bashing the company in any way but these bars have got to go. sure the ingredients are okay but high fructose corn syrup always sets off an alarm for me, and yeah they do have adequate macros to be an easy meal replacement but these things taste pretty bad. maybe i just have picky taste buds or something because it seems like im hard to please but i recieved the crispy apple pie as a free sample a while back and could hardly finsih the thing. if your looking for a meal replacement or protein bar i suggest looking somewhere else.

This was the first true supplement i ever tried (i say true supplement because i dont consider protein powder a supplement, its more like food to me). It is simply a basic creatine monohydrate with no extras or anything fancy, but is made by a reputable company EAS. The product, like all other creatine monohydrates is virtually tasteless and mixes pretty much instantly in anything from water to a protein shake. nothing spectacular as far as muscle gains or strengthshould be excpected form this product but after all it is just a creatine mono. the only thing as far as side effects may be some headaches or other things associated with dehydration, but by drinking the porper amount of water this is easily taken care of. i would reccomend this to anyoen looking for a basic creatine mono
