100% Whey Protein Gold Standard Listen, this is hands down the best protein blend on the market. I have used three flavors. Double-rich chocolate is the best. It tastes just like a chocloate milk shake. You cannot even tell that you are drinking protein. Vanilla is great, too, and mixes well with fruit added to it. I was not a big fan of strawberry-banana. It tasted similar to Pepto-Bismol. It mixes well, tastes great, and is nice and thick, even in water. It has an excellent ingredient profile. I did not experience any bloating or gas, which is unusual for a protein blend. I also enjoy that it is low in sugar, fat, and cholesterol. The good thing about ON is that there are so many flavors that virtually everyone can find something that they like.

IntrAbolic I have a lot to say about this product; some good, some bad. I have used other intra-workout supplements, and this is on par, if not better than the others. I used the old green apple flavor, which was more than tolerable. In fact, I started to really enjoy the taste after a few uses. They have revamped the flavor, and from what I hear, it is much better than the original. I have used two tubs of this product. The best efect from IntraBolic is the endurance that it provides. I found that if I sipped on it during my workout, I would have increased endurance towards the end of my workout. My lifting partner would be spent, and I would want to stay and do a couple more sets or exercises. Recovery was great while on IntraBolic as well. I hardly ever got sore. The biggest disappointment to me was the fact that the tub says that there are 20 servings. Both tubs got me about 16.5 servings, and I used a very level scoop. This may be due to some product settling, although I did shake the tub well. Overall, it is an excellent product, and I look forward to trying the new green apple flavor in the future.

Green MAGnitude For me, this was an average creatine product at best. The only thing exceptional about Green Mag was the taste. It really tastes like liquid candy. I looked forward to the taste of every serving. It also has alot of servings for the price. It mixed perfectly, better than most creatines.
All of that being said, I will not use Green Mag again. I had horrible gastric side effects from the high levels of magnesium in the product. I tried to do a half serving pre workout and a half post workout, which helped a little, but still I had very bad gastric problems. Although not everyone has experienced these side effects, there are many who have. If you are not sensitive to magnesium, then this is a fine creatine product to take. I didn't experience as much fullness, hardness, and strength as I did with other creatines, but I did have some increases.

Animal Flex I started taking Animal Flex for preventative means, rather than for specific joint pain and issues. I was doing a great deal of heavy squatting, deadlifting, and benching. I saw other guys doing the same lifts and complaining of knee, shoulder, and back pain, and I wanted to avoid that. I will say that I had started noticing some twinges here and there, but nothing major.
About two weeks into taking Flex, I noticed that these little twinges disappeared. My joints definitely felt more lubricated, as well. I felt like I could get out of the hole while squatting with greater ease. I had been feeling a little pain in my right shoulder when heavy benching, but after Flex, I didn't feel it any longer.
Another thing I have noticed is that after playing tennis, I no longer feel like I have tennis elbow, which is something that used to happen to me alot.
This is a product that I have used and will use for as long as I lift and play sports. You get 45 packs and you can find it for about $20, which is amazing. It also provides other benefits, such as cardiac health, as it contains fish oil.

Torrent Guys, this is a real solid supplement. I've been a skeptic about post workout supplements for quite some time, but was given a chance recently to get a free tub of the new flavor of Torrent, green apple. This is by far the best tasting supplement I have ever used. It tastes exactly like a sour apple Blow Pop. It is like a reward for all of the hard work you did in the gym. You can literally feel the protein and carbs replenishing your muscles. After taking this, it feels like I can run back to the gym and do my workout all over again. Muscle soreness dramitcally decreased while on Torrent. It is a little pricey, but worth it. If I could afford it, it would be a staple in my regime.
