    Muscle Milk I have used an entire big tub of muscle milk. I would say it's an okay product , theres better stuff out there though. I got decent muscle gains for like the first 2 weeks or so and after that, it didn't really help much, i think the reason i got gains in the beginning is because of the creatine which is in it, and all that does is basically add extra hydration do the muscles (kinda like having more water in them to give somewhat of an appearance of bigger muscles. I think Muscle Milk is just okay, it taste great, it mixes fairly easily . but here are both better creatine and protein products out there. If you Want creatine get Gaspari Nutrition's SIZE ON ,if you want protein go with Optimum 100 % Gold Standard Whey, those are both superior products and have giving me better results . Don't go with this poop.

    100% Natural Whey Gold Standard I purchased a 5lb tub of Optimum Nutrition's 100% Gold Standard Natural Whey Protein. So heres my review. I am very impressed with the product. it mixes very easily in anything , it can be mixed in water or milk with just a spoon which is nice, because a lot of those protein powders out there are bulky and don't mix well but not this one. Chocolate is the best and it is naturally flavored no artificial junk it it, and it seems to be high quality protein and you get 24 Grams of it per scoop, which is a great way to up your protein intake even in a regular diet. I personally take one scoop before and one scoop after my workouts and have been building some pretty good muscle. I recommend this over any other whey protein because i think it works well, it taste pretty good, and it also amino acids which are good for your body. I Would say if your looking for some Whey get this one !
