    Animal Pak Completely and utterly useless product. Expensive, ton of pills that is really useless. There is no reason the body needs 3000-5000% daily requirement of the vitamins they have on there. You are going to piss 90% of those extra vitamins away within 8 hours. Basically your pissing out ur $ and pills in the toliet, besides the fat soluable vitamins which will leave elsewhere. Does nothing that a regular multivitamin and some other pretty useless supplements do (and if they are useful they are way too low of a dosage to have an impact on the body). Extra vitamins is not always a good thing for those who think that.

    Stick with a multivitamin which is cheaper, more effective and less detremental to the body

    Cell-Tech Hardcore MuscleTech's Cell-Tech Hardcore is a creatine product. Ive had the 4.5 lb Lemon Lime flavor and I can say that this product is nothing more than an overhyped, overpriced creatine w/sugar product.

    The Muscletech's advertising is one of the best, but their products are far from the best. The most obvious first impression of cell-tech is its price. For the price that they charge and the amount of servings you get is not very good.

    The product is a creatine with dextrose product with some minerals in it...thats it, nothing more, nothing less. I personally wouldnt waste my hard earned money on this product again. It produces the same results as normal creatine with some dextrose does at half the price.

    Along with the price, the taste of the Lemon Lime flavor is not very good as well. It was hard to chug the whole thing down without some gag reflex. In my opinion I would take your money elsewhere.

    Creatine Monohydrate Prolab's Creatine Monohydrate is made with German CREApure which basically means its micronized. Micronized creatine is the most highly pure, and most effective creatine made. Its small structure leads it to being very highly absorbed in the GI tract as oppose to other products where its structure is much larger and only a portion of the serving ingested actually is used. This means you are getting the most for your money for each serving.

    The creatine is mixes extremely well in any liquid. Its taste is as any other creatine powder would be. Tastes kinda chalky but none the less fine to drink everyday. If you want a flavored creatine and want to pay twice the price for a flavor and a TON of sugar go for it. If you want a cheap, effective, reliable source of high quality creatine Prolab's Creatine monohydrate is they way to go. They are other micronized creatine's out there but in my expierence ive found this product to be the best for value and for effectiveness and to most people these two factors are the main concern when deciding to buy supplements.

    I would definitly reccommend this product to anyone that asks unless they can show me another product that does what this one does for the same price

    N-Large 2 I intially got Prolab's N-Large II as a weight gainer when first starting out bodybuilding. I started off with the big 10 lb bucket. Let me just say this the product is great if you are extremely skinny and have a really tough time putting on weight.

    If you are taking this to gain an extra couple pounds you are looking for the wrong product. This stuff will put on weight whether it be muscle or extra fat depending on your routine and serving size throughout the day.

    The full serving size is huge and is almost impossible to mix well with a spoon and water, you definitly need a shaker/blender if you wanted to take the entire specificed serving size.

    This weight gainer will definitly work for you if you are willing to eat right and work out well. You cannot rely on this product to make you big by just chugging shakes like some people think. Put in time and effort at the gym then come back and eat well along with taking N-Large II and you WILL see results if you are one of those people like I was (skinny and just starting off bodybuilding).

    100% Whey Protein Gold Standard Ive tried many protien supplements just as many people had. But I think I found my favorite, Optimium Nutrition's 100% Whey Protein Gold Standard Extreme Chocolate.

    Not only is this a great whey protien source but it also includes many of your daily amino acids in one serving. It even includes glutamine, enough so that if you take multiple servings of this product you may not even need your glutamine powder altogether!!

    Its taste is the next best thing. I can only say that the Extreme Chocolate tastes great out of all of the many protiens ive tried. It was my first flavor I ordered and havent changed it since; and I buy at least one 5 lb tub a month for the past year or so.

    It only has 1 gram of fat per serving and hardly anything else but some of the best, fastest absorbing protien money can buy. You will actually enjoy drinking your protien daily as oppose to dreading it everyday. It taste like a chocolate milkshake if you blend it up with some ice. If no blender dont worry because u can mix it with a cup of water/milk and a spoon, it mixes extremely well.
