Xtend I started using scivation's xtend early on in my weightlifting career. I had a training partner who was a year older then me and told me bcaa's were a very good supplement to use, and since I didn't want to mess with creatine back then, I took BCAA instead after I learned about what it was all about. I've always stuck with the watermelon flavor. As a watermelon lover, this flavoring is perfect. It is so refreshing when it is ice cold. I could ask for nothing more. Also, it mixes well and is thin so it isn't hard to drink at all around workout time.

The cost of this supplement is very affordable. When compared with bulk bcaa's it comes pretty close. Then when you add in the fact that it's flavored and bulk bcaa's taste VERY BAD, and has l-glutamine and citrulline malate, you can't argue about the cost. Although, I do turn to Bulk BCAA when im short on cash.

Muscle Milk It taste amazing. 25oz milk + 5oz water (ice cold) with ice cubes because Muscle Milk tastes better when it's cold (Same goes to all the other supplements). I love the vanilla flavor, it tastes like a milkshake...mmmm

I usually mix my supps with my shaker but for Muscle Milk I use my nalgene bottle. I find no clumps and it mixes perfectly. Muscle milk is also has a very good consistency and isn't thin like other protein powders. Its just perfect to say the least.

The price isn't that bad, but the servings aren't so great either. They have too many flavors too choose from, but I usually just stick with Vanilla or Chocolate/Chocolate mint :)!

Purple Wraath This supplement tastes great in 25-32oz very COLD water. I remember trying the old version of Purple Wraath and it tasted like nasty sweet cotton candy. The newer version, it actually tastes somewhat 'grapy'.

When mixing, you'll notice that there are specs of the powder floating at the bottom just after mixing it. Usually, I sip this supplement during my workout and a quick shake will get rid of the specs.

I take this supplement when Im doing my cardio sessions and it really gives me that pump that I need. When I take this supp, I can go on forever when doing cardio. It also seems to help me recover because of the BCAA. I sometimes mix this with Green mag as well..which makes for a potent and effective supplement!

90 servings for fifty bucks...its such a great deal considering how effective this supplement really is.

100% Whey Protein Gold Standard I bought the 5lb tub of ON whey. Out of curiosity, I decided to give the strawberry flavor a try. The price was decent ($40) and has lasted quite a while. It has 24g of Protein which is great and isn't filled with a lot of sugar or carbs like weight gainers.

It doesn't mix that well and has some clumps but if you shake it hard it'll dissolve. The strawberry taste is horrible and has a very chemical artificial taste to it. Even with fresh strawberries blended in, it doesn't taste that great. With water, it taste even awful. I suggest you mix the strawberry flavor with milk. It also has a bad after-taste.

I've progressively gained some weight while I've been working out for the past 4 months and this product helps quite a bit. Each scoop has over 4 grams of glutamine and glutamine precursors as well as 5 grams of BCAAs leucine, isoleucine, and valine which is great!

ON's 100% Whey Gold Standard claims to contain lactase and Aminogen digestive enzymes to further enhance absorption and make this product even more friendly to lactose intolerant individuals but I usually end up with horrible gas (it must be the milk)

I recommend this product, but don't buy the strawberry flavor...stick with chocolate/vanilla!

White Flood When I first tried White flood, I could already feel a slight tingle develop throughout my body when I took a couple of sips. I felt a rush of blood and I was pumped up. I have never felt this kind of pump, energy and vascularity like this before.

I took White Flood with 32oz of water and drank it pre-workout. I felt like I could lift anything (HA, I wish). While working out, I felt more focused on my lifts and I think this is partly because of White Flood. I had a great workout with White Flood and I believe it will give you a pump like you've never seen.

The downfalls of this supplement, was the fact that I wasn't able to sleep properly. I slept later then usual and it took quite a while for me to get sleepy. Also, mixing this supplement gave problems because there were still little specs of clumps on the bottom of my bottle. Also, the taste wasn't that great but it's still tolerable. Other then that, I see no reason why you should not try this supplement. Give White Flood a try!

I also mix in Green Mag with my White Flood (but sometimes I just drink the green mag Pre-workout and sometimes drink Purple Wraath during my workouts). Combining Controlled Labs supplements will give you best results.
