Predator packs a lot of ingredients - creatine, caffeine, citrulline malate, beta alanine, gingko and B-vitamins, so it's no surprise that it gives you a lot of energy and endurance. The rush was not as big as I expected though. Endurance was good, no soreness, good focus as well. Not the biggest boost of energy, surprising as it has 200mg caffeine. The biggest issue I have with this is that one serving is 10 pills...a bit ridiculous if you ask me.
