Taste		It taste great, and does a pretty decent job performance wise, and the deal I get buying it wholesale, I can't beat it.
Recovery ability		Due to the aminos,, it helps reduce overall recovery time, something I noticed almost immediately after I started regularly using it.

Taste		As expected from the Muscle Milk line, great flavor proteins.
Taste		I tried both the Chocolate and Vanilla Creme flavors and they mixed very well in a shaker cup.
Taste		Mixed the Vanilla Creme with 16 oz. of water and the flavor was not affected one bit.
