This product is very highly publicized, and i bought two five pound tubs of it off of ebay for cheap. I tried Muscle Milk in the vanilla flavor first, and was very impressed by the taste. It actually tasted like a milkshake and was thick and creamy. I used it to build mass, but noticed slight fat gain along with the mass i built. I burnt it off easily after getting off the product and it didn't bother me, but i don't continue to use it for the high fat content. I would recommend this protein to anyone looking to begin a bulking phase, as it is high in protein and carbs, but it has some fat to go along with it. After using vanilla, i tried chocolate, and though it tasted good, it wasn't nearly as good as the vanilla flavor. I used this product after my workout and right before bed, and took it during the day also for a few extra grams of protein. I enjoyed the product overall. The price is fairly expensive compared to other proteins, but the taste is so good that you might not notice. If you have the money and want to gain muscle and pleasure your tastebuds, go for it.

Texture		I like to mix a scoop of Muscle Milk with my Optimum Nutrition or MusclePharm protein to give it some added thickness, flavor, and slower digesting protein.

Taste		The flavors are top notch and they taste amazing in milk AND water!
Taste		Seriously, it tastes nearly identical in water.


Taste		-Nearly every grocery story carries them, as well as GNC/Vitamin Shoppe and hundreds of online retailers -Great taste -Great macros Cons: -Leaves me feeling bloated a lot (keep in mind I'm lactose intolerant) -Digestion seems slow for an isolate.
Value for money		Pros: -The price is fantastic.

Texture		The texture is terrible, it feels "fuzzy" when it goes down your throat, like its full of small fibers or something.

Texture		but I'm not really into vanilla protein shakes from the get-go unless I put it into my fruit smoothies (chocolate is only good for smoothies if its just bananas or strawberries).
Taste		From all the other protein shakes I've had so far, I think Muscle Milk has the best tasting chocolate out there.

Fat loss		I have actually lost body fat during the workout,
Muscle gain		I have noticed more definition in my muscles, mass has increased, and I'm gaining definition as well.
Taste		First tried the Chocolate Mint in the bottle, it was pretty great, so then I tried the powder mix, and it tastes exactly the same as the bottled.
Physical energy		I feel more energy during a workout, I take one scoop before, and then one scoop after.


Taste		I have tried both the chocolate and strawberry banana flavors with water and I have no complaints what so ever.


Taste		The best tasting protein shake I've had in a while was the result of one scoop Graham Cracker, one scoop Chocolate, and then a 1:1 milk/water combination.
Taste		Not too heavy and terrific taste.
Value for money		The low price-point still makes this an affordable product,
Value for money		but to get 25+ grams of protein in each shake, I will probably look elsewhere for a better price-per-serving.


Taste		I am a fan of many of their flavors, sadly I recently tried Blueberries N' Creme which was absolutely disgusting (I mean I'll still crush the whole container).

Mixes well		CLUMPED TOO EASILY, I AM TIRED OF SWALLOWING CHUNKS OF THIS STUFF, REGARDLESS OF THE MIXING ACTIVITY.
