Rapid or irregular heart beat	I used this product only twice so far in the gym, I noticed a very rapid heartbeat to the point where I didn't feel safe in the gym.


Recovery ability		By far the absolute best intra-workout/ pre-workout /post-workout recovery formula I've ever tried.
