Taste		Watermelon tastes amazing and I definitely notice it helps reduce muscle soreness.


Taste		Till this day as far as BCAA's go Xtend is not only the best tasting product out there
Value for money		but in comparison to other products it offers 1 to 2 grams more in each of its amino acids hence the hefty price tag


Taste		At first the flavor was way to strong, I upped my water mix to 12-16 oz per scoop.


Physical energy		Water just doesn't cut it when you're using every ounce of energy in the gym and your heart rate is kept at a high level.

Physical energy		Overall this product gives you that extra boost in your workout and keeps your energy at a plateau instead of crashing at the end of your workout.
Taste		This is great intra workout supplement, it has loads of flavor the only downside to the products is that they have the 3 essential electrolytes and one of them being sodium makes certain flavors very sweet (Lemon lime in particular)!
Taste		but stay away from Lemon Lime unless you like salty flavoring!
Mixes well		It mixes great with any kind of bottle, and a shaker makes it even easier to mix! 90 servings lasts a while and they changed the scoop size to make it more reasonable.


Taste		Had this and watermelon both taste like jolly ranchers.

Ingredient profile		So I looked through the ingredients and realized that there is a large amount of salt in this product.

Anti-catabolic		This is one of the best bcaas out there its helped me keep those lean body mass and i dont have to worry about catabolisim.


Taste		Great Intra, helped me maintain my drive throughout my workout and it is safe to say the green apple is the most delicious drink ( of any kind ) that I have EVER tasted, wow so delicious.


Taste		but then they changed the flavour of the watermelon, it tastes horrible now...
Taste		I haven't decided if I'm going to buy a different flavor or move on to a different brand.

Taste		When you first taste it, its like having some bitter flavoured acid poured down your throat and then the sickly sweet flavour of "Watermelon" kicks in.
