Taste		with my package let me tell you This milk chocolate flavor is The BEST tasting protein i have ever tasted.


Taste		I find this is prob one of the best tasting powders out there.


Taste		They sent me Phase8 and I have to say the stuff is very good tasting.


Texture		I like that their is TEXTURE, this lets me know that the protein isn't just dissolving in water and will take some time to digest.
Taste		I must say that the flavor of the drink is superior to most products that I have tried.


Taste		I noticed pretty quickly that if you aren't using the right ratio of liquid to powder it will taste like crap.
Mixes well		I noticed that this stuff requires a lot more mixing than my last protein, this one is somewhat grainy and feels like its leaving a film on my teeth when mixed improperly.
Suppressed appetite		This stuff also will curb your appetite because of its 8 hour release you will feel fuller longer.


Taste		This with whole milk = HNNNNNNNNNGGGGG ^ 9000 Also has a decent nutritional profile for my needs (relatively low calorie/carb/fat - would rather get this stuff from real foods, and high protein) Would recommend/10 (Also cheaper than ON if I recall - this milk chocolate tastes better than the ON Extreme Milk Chocolate IMO.

Texture		The only thing that made me drop a point was the thickness of the shake.

Recovery ability		I really apprecaite the amino acids in the shake, it helps my recovering time.
