Taste		Best taste protein powder i ever consumed..excellent quality protein..
Recovery ability		I have been gaining and recovering faster with PHASE 8.

Anti-catabolic		I'm a big fan of extended release proteins for the anti-catabolic and sustained feed attributes they offer.
Value for money		I like it for what it is, as a cheaper go to for ext release
