Taste		The milk Chocolate flavor was excellent, I will be adding this protein to my regimen soon as I get payed again!
Recovery ability		This stuff is great for night time recovery.

Ingredient profile		The nutrition profile looks great and it's especially nice seeing that the cholesterol content is considerably lower than many other competing protein powders.


Value for money		but a little pricey...I got this with a promo buy 1 get 1 free..hopefully BB will offer it again!!

Recovery ability		i feel more satisfied this way, the body can only absorb so much at a time, so a more slower broken down protein works much better for a consistent recovery for the muscle

Taste		taste is fine.. the product is a little different then protein im used to its very (sticky) i guess it gets everywhere and it does not blend well clumps up and does not mix with milk at all unless you put it in a blender.

Taste		I received this product in the mail today and after opening the protein you can smell a strong cake battery like sent that smells delicious!I mixed my protein in water and the product mixed very well.

Taste		The taste is great as well espically mixed in a blender with some almond milk it tastes like a gourmet milkshake that is more then good for you.
Recovery ability		Great decision on my part due to the great feeling and recovery i get from this product.
