Taste		The truly important thing about Phase8 is that it tastes so great without having a lot of carbs or fat in it.
Taste		As a matter of fact, it is pretty low carb and low fat for a protein blend that is so delicious.

Recovery ability		I've noticed I recover much better when I take phase8 over other brands and especially nothing!

Taste		I would probably say this protein powder especially the milk chocolate is one of the best tasting protein powders I have had to date.

Taste		I was very pleased that it was chocolate as well because I tend to judge protein powders based on how the chocolate tastes for some reason.

Taste		Phase 8 is the best tasting protein that MuscleTech has come out with to date.
