Physical energy		I lift early in the mornings before school (usually in the gym by 5:30am) and I like to have a product that keeps me focused and energized(but not "tweaky") throughout my workout.

Taste		The spicy taste everyone talks about...I couldnt taste it because i mixed a small amount of dextrose in with my PW...taste wise not the best... Getting ready for my workout I thought it was one of the best PW i had ever taken,

Endurance		The first 20 minutes it was the best thing of this product after that I could not lift anything suddenly I feel sick and tired for the test I will give him 6 out of 10


Physical energy		The worst part is that I feel like I can get more of a buzz off of a protein shake mixed with creatine.
Taste		The taste is horrendous, it burns going down and has a terrible after taste.
Value for money		DO NOT waste your time or money on this product.

Taste		Right from the first serving i had an issue with the horrible aftertaste, it seems like that the Capsicum is not encapsulated properly or show how the taste and feel of it goes though when you drink it.

Physical energy		In my case, I only used one scoop and that was more than enough to keep me energized for the first hour may be an hour and a half of my workout (I'm usually in the gym for 2 and a half hours.)
Taste		As far as I'm concerned the main thing that worried me was the fact that it has a lot of caffeine in it and that the capsicum content may interfere with the flavor.
Taste		I experienced no twitching/jitters before the workout, no crash afterwards, there was no burning sensation in my throat nor was there anykind of aftertaste.
Taste		I do like this product and I will buy more of the Superfruit flavor.
