Pump		I tried this because I cycled off of creatine and needed a non, now that i'm back on im still having a tough time giving it up.... Longer lasting pumps, this stuff definitely will get you off the couch!

Physical energy		I work the overnight shift and then come right home to take care of my daughter while my wife goes to work, when my wife comes home for break at 12pm is when I go to the gym, still without any rest from my previous nights work shift and watching my little one all day, needless to say, it can be a bit of a struggle tryin' to pump when your so fatigued so I really needed a good boost of energy to help get me through my sessions, thats where the Platinum-Pre saved the day.
Physical energy		This is my first Pre-workout supplement I've ever taken and I can already tell I'll be using this for a long time, I don't understand how anything negative could be written about this, also, I don't understand the comments complaining about the tingling feeling, that's the part I love that makes me have tons of energy, and it's not an overwhelming feeling at all.

Taste		I also love the flavor of the raspberry lemonade.


Pump		I didn't get that tingly feeling like with my other pre-workout, nor the pump when I lift weights.
Thermogenic effect		however recommend this for those that only do cardio, I did sweat a lot more than usual during my cardio sessions while on this stuff, felt like I could run for hours.
Taste		Lol This stuff is ok, I didn't like the after taste, it did feel like I had eaten peppers!

Value for money		I tried a full scoop the next day for a fasted am cardio session and the results were similar. 2 scoops would not make this supp worth the money it costs.
