Pump		I found super pump max requires only one.
Pump		Only one scoop of superpump max and I find myself ready to hit the weights.
Pump		results are, and I would highly recommend superpump max to anyone looking for a boost in their workout.
Taste		While taste may not be pleasant,
Value for money		but the value of this product outweighs it's competitors.

Pump		Spoke with a few guys around the gym and also at GNC and each said the same thing about this product and the earlier editions of SuperPump.

Upset stomach	This is the first and only that truly upset my stomach.
Gas or bloating	Almost instantly had upset stomach, felt bloated and then had to use bathroom almost instantly.
Diarrhea	Almost instantly had upset stomach, felt bloated and then had to use bathroom almost instantly.
Upset stomach	Almost instantly had upset stomach, felt bloated and then had to use bathroom almost instantly.
Upset stomach	Stopped usign it and the stomach problems went away.

Physical energy		I don't feel as much of an energy rush or pump as I did with 250.
Pump		I have taken SuperPump 250 for a couple years so i was very excited when I heard a new version was coming out.
Pump		I don't feel as much of an energy rush or pump as I did with 250.
Pump		However, the pump lasts longer and i don't have to take a dump right after drinking it thanks tot he lower amounts of magnesium.
Taste		Fruit punch definitely isn't my favorite flavor.

Texture		but you do not have any grit left over in your teeth like you find in some supps.
Physical energy		it gives me aton of energy using 2 scps I upped how many reps i do for any of the weight amounts that i use in almost every exercise that i do resulting in having to up my weights.
