Physical energy However just something I noticed with me, I tried taking one scoop the first day I got it and it gave me good energy
Physical energy but nothing really was felt, so then I upped my intake to three scoops like I had been taking with the older Superpump and definitely noticed my results in the gym sky-rocketed, everything was there from energy to focus to pumps.
Physical energy Energy/Focus: 10/10 Like I said in my introduction the energy, focus and pump increased significantly as my intake went up.

Physical energy The energy lasted through different training days too, as I have been taking this product for some time now I experienced its great effects on cardio days, my regular gym routine, strength training (5/3/1) and it even gave me more energy/focus throughout swimming/rowing and basketball practices and competitions.

Recovery ability Also this stacks great for me with SizeON, because I generally notice a better recovery and can put in longer workouts.

Taste Introduction/Background: I really like Gaspari and most of their products so like the rest of you I was excited since SP Max came out, since it has I tried a few different flavors both in American and Canadian versions and am pleased with its overall performance.
Taste Taste: 9/10 The only reason I am giving this a 9/10 is because I haven't tried all the flavors and the Fruit Punch was iffy.
Taste But generally I hate the fruit punch flavor.
Taste Also according to a Gaspari Rep and their FB site they are coming out with a Sour Green Apple flavor.
Mixes well Mixability: 9.5/10 The mixability on this product was great, I put it in shaked it three-four times and everything was dissolved.
Value for money Price: 8/10 The price for it is alright.
Value for money Like most products I wish it was cheaper especially when it comes to pre-workouts.
Value for money To me it seems like the tolerance factor is what takes up the money because as you need to consume more for the same effect you are using up more of the product... makes sense,
Value for money However they are a bit pricey,
