Value for money		When i finished my tub I never had a dead leg again overall its a great product great price great pre workout for starting out.

Diarrhea	Let me tell you, that much caffeine in my system all at once is apparently enough that within 30 minutes of drinking it, I'm SPRINTING (as fast as I can with my cheeks clenched and knees together) to the toilet.
Diarrhea	When/if I make it to the toilet, I have to strap in with a five-point harness in order to not get blown off of the toilet from the blast off!
